Guy charged me $200 “ diagnostic fee”. I told him he didn’t need to diagnose the problem, I already knew what it was. He talked right over me and said I had to pay $200 upfront for him to come out. He came 3 hours late, didn’t even try to fix the problem, just said there was no room to work. Then tells me I need to replace my shifter cable. Says that will cost $400. It costs $240 at the dealership. Then says he can do it for $1500. I said no thanks, and asked for a partial refund since he didn’t do anything. He said no refund. Totally unprofessional and a rip off. Stay away from this guy.

Im learning how to fix cars and I tried replacing my spark plugs by myself and got debris stuck inside. John was able to come diagnose the issue and fix it in about 10 minutes. He saved me a lot of trouble.

They claim to be a mechanic shop but the dude can't even do drum brakes on a car? That's insane I mean you're either certified or you're not certified if you get certified within breaks you have to learn both drum brakes and disc brake systems these guys are obviously fake

I contacted this place because my car would not start and previously had had a similar issue that was just a loose wire... I was told that I might need an alternator and everything thereafter and it could cost up to $4,000.. I decided to have the car towed to my usual shop.. and the tow truck driver had my car fixed in 5 minutes flat. It was a loose connection wire that was plainly visible with the hood up. I wasted $200 on this mobile mechanic!
